Min has over 20 years of experience with over $9 billion in equity transactions and development concentrated in North America.  He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, institutional investment management, real asset development, and closely advising pension funds on complex real asset matters.

He is regularly engaged as a principal advisor by the public and private sectors on complex super-scale projects, totaling over $200 billion (USD) in development cost, with extensive experience in complex master planning, infrastructure, analytical systems, policy design, is a recognized domain expert, and has served as an expert witness on complex financial litigation. Min also advises high growth  entrepreneurs in both US and Canadian startup communities.

Min started his career in direct investments for a US-based family office investing in debt and equity across gateway cities and then the Louis Dreyfus Corporation, where he was responsible for acquisitions, development, and portfolio analytics covering office, full-service hotels, and mixed-use assets. Later he founded and exited several start-ups adjacent to real estate, including a SaaS fintech firm backed by Lew Ranieri, exiting to private equity.

He has been a regular lecturer of real estate finance and financial modeling at Columbia University’s Masters in Real Estate Development program for seven years and has lectured at other leading academic institutions such as New York University and the University of Pennsylvania.  He received a BSc from SUNY Albany and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
